摘要
基于等效电路的方法,提出一种适用于超声波无线电能传输系统的电气建模方法。首先采用基本压电方程对压电换能器进行建模,接着推导出系统层面的等效电路模型,并获得系统输出特性。实验结果对所提出的模型进行了验证,实验证明利用一对28 k Hz的压电换能器,该系统能通过5 mm厚的铝板向阻性负载传输2.6 W功率的电能。
This paper presents a theoretical model for a wireless ultrasonic power transfer system in the form of equivalent circuits. Resonant characteristics of the piezoelectric transducers are modeled usingconstitutive piezoelectric equations firstly. Then a system-level equivalent circuit model is developed and analyzed to obtain the system output characteristics. Experimental results verify the proposed model and demonstrate that 2. 6 W electric power can be transferred across a 5 mm thick aluminum plate to a resistive load using a pair of 28 k Hz piezoelectric transducers.
