摘要
介绍了一种板料浮动精密剪切机构,该机构的上底座与模具上模座柔性连接,上、下剪切镶块采用独立的滚珠导柱导套进行导向。实践证明,该浮动精密剪切机构具有冲裁精度高,抗外界干扰能力强,可进行独立安装等优点,适合各种板料的精密剪切下料。
A new type of precision cutting mechanism was presented, which upper base con- nected with punch holder flexibly and the cutting inserts were guided by ball guide pillars and bushes independently. The practices have proved that the blanking precision was high and anti-interference ability was good.
