国投塔山煤矿石炭系巨厚煤层开采设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 国投塔山煤矿5(3-5)号煤层为石炭二叠系巨厚煤层,随着上覆2号煤层的回采,对压覆煤层开采提出了新的问题。针对此问题,通过对巨厚煤层采用综采放顶煤时顶煤的冒放性进行科学、正确的分析,以及工作面设备进行选型计算,确定了巨厚煤层放顶煤开采的可行性和工作面参数以及工作面设备选型参数,为以后类似工作面设计提供实际工程借鉴。 The 5( 3- 5) coal seam is Permian- Carboniferous ultra- thick coal seam. With the mining in the overlying2 Coal Seam,more concerns are pulled for mining activity of underlying coal seams. This article focuses on fully mechanized working face with top coal caving in the ultra- thick coal seam,and analyzes the cavability and characteristics of top coal as well as the selection and calculation for mining equipment in the working face. The issues of the feasibility of top caving mining method in ultra- thick coal seam,and corresponding parameters of working face design and mining equipment selection are determined. The paper can provide practical references for the mining design of similar working face.
