摘要
在四川省达州市野外青杠树林采集到一株健壮侧耳(Pleurotus)子实体,经分离纯化及多年筛选后确定一个优良菌株“达平1号”(E15)。再以本地主栽品种“金2-1”(E59)、“杂优3号”(E60)为对照的比较试验中,2014年春秋两次区域试验表明:E15比对照品种E60增产8.8%,2014~2015年生产试验中比对照品种E60增产9.7%;E15菌丝生长速度、出菇温度范围等均高于对照品种。遗传差异分析表明,E15与E60遗传相似性达95.7%。E15是一个综合性状较为优良的美味侧耳[P.sapidus)新品种。
A fungal strain, E15 (Daping-1), was obtained by tissue isolation from a fruit body growing on a fallen trunk of Quercus palustris Mtinchh in Dazhou, Sichuan Province. E15 mycelium grew faster and fruiting occurred over a wider range of temperature compared with strain E60 (a locally cultivated strain), and total yields of E15 were 8.7% and 8.9% higher on average compared to E60 in two cultivation tests carried out at different locations in Dazhou during 2014. E15 and E60 ITS amplification patterns were 95.7% similar and indicated that Daping-1 was a new strain of Pleurotus sapidus.
