摘要
以《鲁东大学学报（自然科学版）》2008～2012年高被引论文为研究对象，从其作者地区分布、内外稿分布、第一作者的职称及学历、基金资助情况、栏目分布、文献类型等方面进行了系统分析．结果显示：作者单位地区分布缓慢扩大，但仍集中在山东省内；内外稿并重，外稿数量逐渐增多；第一作者为硕士生的论文数量最多；高被引论文主要来源于“生命科学与技术”、“资源、环境与地理科学”两个栏目；高被引论文中研究性论文最多，综述类次之．对以上的分析结果进行了讨论，并就如何开发优质稿源等提出了相应的对策建议．
High cited papers of Journal of Ludong University （Natural Science Edition） from 2008 to 2012 wereresearched. The author regional distribution, internal and external papers, first author＇s title and degree, fundsupport, column distribution and paper type were analyzed. The results shows as follows ： the distribution of theauthors＇ unit is slowly expanding, but it is still concentrated in Shandong province;internal and external pa-pers are some important, and the number of external papersgradually increased ; the number of paper written byfirst author who is a master＇s degree is the most;high cited papers are mainly derived from, ＂Life Sciences andTechnology＂ and ＂Resource, Environment and Geology Science＂ ; the number of Research papers are the most,review papers come second. The results of the above analysis were discussed, and the corresponding counter-measures were put forward.
