摘要 非圆齿轮传动在结构紧凑、自动化程度高的机械中,有着越来越广泛的应用。非圆齿轮的节曲线不是圆形,且每个轮齿的齿形也不相同,这使得设计制造的难度都很大。以设计制造一对一阶椭圆齿轮与三阶椭圆齿轮为例,采用UG软件参数化建模这两个非圆齿轮,并进行了数控加工。加工出的齿轮很好地满足了传动要求,该方法提高了设计制造非圆齿轮的精度和效率,并且也适用于设计制造其他非圆齿轮。 Non-circular gear transmission has more and more applications in compact structure and high degree of automation ma- chinery. The pitch curve of non-circular gear is not round, and each tooth profile is not the same, which causes the high difficulty in design and manufacture. Based on the design and manufacture of a pair of first order elliptic gear and the third order elliptic gear as an example, it used UG software in parametric modeling and NC machining the two non-circular gears. The processed gear well meets the requirements of transmission. This method improves precision and efficiency of the design and manufacturing non- circular gear, and it can also be applied to design and manufacture other non-circular gears.
