摘要
我国西部地区地广人稀,交通设施分布稀疏,交通事故发生地往往距离救援地路途遥远,导致事故难以得到有效的救援,应急救援资源的优化配置对于突发事故的及时处理至关重要。文中建立以救援成本最小为目标的救援资源配置优化模型,通过优化的粒子群算法对模型进行求解,以新疆库尔勒-阿克苏段稀疏路网为研究对象,进行救援资源配置的案例研究,配置结果比较符合实际情况。
In the west area of China,a scarcely populated area,means of transportation were distributed sparsely.Traffic accident always happened so far away from rescue site,which led to accident couldn't gain effective rescue.Therefore optimal allocation of emergency rescue resource played an essential role in the whole responding process.The paper set up an optimized emergency resource allocation model which took minimum rescue cost as the target.The model was solved by optimized PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization)algorithm.The case of rescue resource allocation was studied,which took regional road network in Korla-Aksu as the object of study.The result conforms to reality.
