摘要
目的:研究在不同加速度以及不同的堆放层数对梨共振频率的影响。方法:采用模拟振动台和信号采集器分别对单层、双层、三层、四层梨在不同的加速度下进行扫频实验。结果:在单层扫频中,随着加速度的增大,其共振频率向低频迁移,其加速度传递率峰值也呈减小的趋势;在多层扫频中,低层的梨随着加速度的增大,共振频率增大,加速度传递率峰值减小,高层随着加速度的增大,共振频率减小,加速度传递率峰值增大。结论:随着层数的增加,共振频率逐渐向低频偏移,在最高层时达到20 Hz左右。
Objective: Study the influence of different acceleration and stacked layers on the resonant frequency of the pear. Methods: Different acceleration sweep test of 1~4 layer pears was carried on a simulated vibration with signal acquisition. Results: In single layer sweep frequency test, with increasing acceleration, its resonance frequency shifts to low frequency and the passed rate of acceleration peak also has a reduced trend. In the multilayer sweep test, for the pear in low layer, resonance frequency increases and the passed rate peak reduced with increasing acceleration. For the pear in high layer, resonance frequency decreases and the passed rate peak value increases with increasing acceleration. Conclusion: With increasing layer number, resonance frequency gradually shifts to lower frequency and the maximum value up to 20 Hz.
