吉林西部旱涝灾害与降水对应关系的分析 被引量:10

摘要 以吉林白城市和松原市为研究区,以区内9个市县气象台站的降水资料和对应市县旱涝灾害的致灾率为数据源,利用数学统计等方法分别认识9个市县致灾率的演变特征,采用聚类分析中的两维图论聚类方法分析旱涝灾害的区域差异性,利用相关分析降水与致灾率的关系。结果表明本区旱涝灾影响范围广,年际变化大,以旱灾为主,涝灾为辅。研究区内东部地区旱灾年际变化大;西南部旱灾影响程度大,涝灾波及面积广。降水异常是灾害产生的启动因子,年降水量的异常是导致旱涝灾害的首要因子,农作物的活跃生长期降水异常也是诱发旱涝灾害的重要因素。大力兴建水利工程以调节年降水量的年际变化是保证抗旱防涝的重要措施,增强水利设施蓄水供水能力,是防止活跃生长期水分突变的重要保障。 The Western Jilin Province was selected as the study area in the paper,Based on data at 9 meteorological stations as referencing site( 1980-2007) and disaster rate of 9 cities and counties. Conventional statistics and math clustering are used to reveal the characteristics of disaster rate of drought-flood disasters on 9 cities and counties,respectively. The relationship of precipitation and disaster rate is discovered using correlation analyses.The results show that the range of drought-flood disasters influences is very wide. Interannual variability of the disasters is large. The drought is main type and the flood is second major type. Interannual variability of drought was large in eastern region. The influence degree of drought was large and influence area of flood is wide in west and south. The precipitation anomaly is initiation factor for drought-flood disasters forms. The annual precipitation anomaly is first factor for disasters. The precipitation anomaly is closed to drought-flood disasters during the period of rapid growth of crop. Some water projects need be constructed to adjust annual precipitation to resist droughts and floods disasters. Water storage and supply capacity of water projects are enhanced in order to ensure water normal utilization,due to precipitation anomaly during the period of rapid growth of crop.
