摘要
针对航空型号项目的特点,建立了航空项目中BOM和WBS的数学模型,分别提取二者对后续项目均衡优化有较大影响的关键元素,分析关键元素之间的映射关系,并给出具体的映射法则。最后,以机翼装配为例验证本文提出方法的有效性。
Models of BOM and WBS are es- tablished considering the characteristics of aviation proj- ects. The key elements in BOM and WBS, which affect the resources optimizing of the project, are selected to analyze the mapping relation between them. The rule of the map- ping is also proposed in the paper. Finally, a case of wing assembly is presented to testify the effectiveness of the presented mapping rule.
