摘要
讨论了一种特殊高压U形管换热器管板的强度计算。由于其结构特殊,现行标准中没有此种管板的计算方法。文章对此种管板的受力进行了详细地分析。根据此种换热器管板的受力特点,在忽略壳程法兰力矩情况下,使管板计算得出偏安全的结果,在此基础上可形成2种计算方法,并对这2种计算方法进行了分析和比较。计算结果表明这2种计算方法是相当的。均可应用于工程。
This paper discusses the strength calculation for the tube sheet of u-shaped heat exchanger subjected to special high pressure.There is no calculation method for such tube sheet in current standards because of its special structure.The paper makes a detailed analysis on the stress of such tube sheet.According to the stress characteristics of such tube sheet of heat exchanger,two calculation methods are formed on the basis of ignoring the force moment of the shell flange and then safer results are obtained for the tube sheet calculation.The paper also analyzes and compares these two methods.And the calculation results indicate that these two methods are equivalent and both can be used in engineering.
