摘要 提出了一种基于Compact RIO的电动汽车电池管理系统的监测平台。采用LabVIEW开发平台,设计良好的人机交换界面,发送启动信号给FPGA芯片,控制各个监测电路,采集单体电池的电压、电流、温度等,实现实时监测电池状态,获取电池状态后进行电池均衡管理、故障报警等,同时通过Lab VIEW的Real-Time模块进行分析与处理,预测储能电池的剩余电量,并将各个结果传输到上位机显示。通过测试及分析,结果显示整个系统运行良好、稳定、实时性强。 A kind of platform, which used to detect Electric vehicle battery management system, was proposed. The platform was based on Compact RIO, LabVIEW development platform was utilized, and a friendly interface was designed to realize human-computer exchange. A starting signal could be sent to FPGA chip by the platform, every detecting circuit could be controlled, and every battery's voltage, current and temperature could be collected. Also the status of batteries could be monitored, then the status was used to manage the balance of batteries or alarm. At the same time, the platform could analyze and process through the Real-Time module, predict the remaining power of storage battery and send the results to PC to display. Through the detecting and analyzing, the whole system runs well and stably. It had ability of strong real-time.
