摘要
本文通过收集整理近几年来抗肿瘤药物超说明书用药文献,对超说明书用药产生的原因、发生频率及是否为合理用药进行分析,为抗肿瘤用药提供参考,保障患者用药安全,加强超说明书用药的规范化管理。
This article collected and sorted out literatures of off- label uses of antitumor drug in recent years,and analyzed the reason,frequency and whether or not was rational use of drug. It can provide reference for antitumor medication to ensure medication safety of patients and enhance the standardized management of off- label drug use.
