3种植物源农药对苹果绣线菊蚜的药效及四硅氧烷增效作用评价 被引量:6

摘要 使用浸渍法测定了3种植物源农药对苹果绣线菊蚜的室内毒力,通过常量喷雾法比较了3种植物源农药对绣线菊蚜的田间药效,在室内及田间评价了四硅氧烷对3种植物源农药的增效作用.结果表明,4.5%槐属(Sophora Linn.)植物提取物水乳剂,4.5%天仙子属(Hyoscyamus L.)植物提取物水乳剂和4.5%葎草属(HumulusLinn.)植物提取物水乳剂对苹果绣线菊蚜室内毒力LC50分别为0.034,0.233,0.263mg/kg.与对照药剂70%吡虫啉水分散粒剂无显著性差异.四硅氧烷对4.5%槐属植物提取物水乳剂增效作用达极显著差异水平,增效倍数为34.0倍.田间药效试验显示,4.5% 天仙子属植物提取物水乳剂对苹果绣线菊蚜的防效最高,37.35,75.00,150.00mg/kg单剂处理对苹果绣线菊蚜的最高防效分别为57.92%,67.97%,71.79%;增效剂处理较单剂处理差异达显著水平,施药后第5天至第14天,防效在78.96%~83.63%. The normal mist spraying method was applied to compare the field control effects of three botanical inseticides on Aphis citricolain field and the toxicity effects of TMDSO on three botanical insecticides in room.Meanwhile,the synergy evaluations of TMDSO on three botanical insecticides were monitored as well.The result indicated that 4.5% Sophora Linn.botanical insecticides,4.5% Hyoscyamus L.botanical insecticides,4.5% Humulus Linn.botanical insecticides toxicity effects LC50 of botanical insecticides on Aphis citricolain room,which were 0.034 mg/kg,0.233 mg/kg,0.263 mg/kg respectively,and had no significant differences,compared with 70% of contrast pesticides,TMDSO showed extremely significant synergistic effects on botanical insecticides with 4.5% Sophora Linn.synergism reached 34.0times.Control effects test in field suggested that 4.5% Hyoscyamus L.had the best control effect of botanical insecticides on Aphis citricola37.35mg/kg,75.00mg/kg,150.00mg/kg respectively.The control effects of single treatment on Aphis citricola was the best 57.92%,67.97%,71.79%respectively.There are significant differences between the treatments of single agent and the synergist treatments,and the control effect lasted for 5-14 d,at 78.96%-83.63%.
