棉织物的低温近中性漂白及染色 被引量:5

摘要 通过向双氧水(H2O2)溶液中加入漂白活化剂N-[4-(三乙基氨甲撑)苯酰基]己内酰胺氯化物(TBCC)和碳酸氢钠(Na HCO3),构建一个可在低温、近中性条件下对棉织物进行漂白的活化双氧水体系。结果表明,TBCC/H2O2/Na HCO3体系于50℃将棉织物漂白60 min,可获得与常规碱氧体系(H2O2/Na OH)漂白10 min时的等同白度,尽管漂白棉织物的吸水性略低,但不会产生损伤。采用三原色活性染料(活性红RML、黄YML、蓝BML)将两种体系漂白棉织物同浴染至灰色,发现二种漂白棉织物具有相同的染色性能和耐水洗牢度。因此,TBCC/H2O2/Na HCO3体系具有生态环保和高效节能的优势,极具应用前景。 Abstract: An activate hydrogen peroxide system under low-temperature and near-neutral pH conditions is conducted for bleaching of cotton fabric by adding N-[4-(triethylammeniomethyl) benzoyl] caprolactam chloride (TBCC) and bicarbonate sodium (NaHCO3) to the solution of hydrogen peroxide (H202). The results show that, compared to the conventional alkaline peroxide system (H2O2/NaOH) bleaching for 10 min, the TBCC/H2O2/NaHCO3 system bleaching for 60 min at 50 ℃ provides cotton fabric with an equivalent degree of whiteness and a slightly inferior water absorbency, but results in no apparent damage. It is found that fabrics that dyed into gray shade with trichromatic dyes (Megafix RML, YML and BML) in one dyeing bath after bleached with two systems have the same dyeing property and fastness to washing. Therefore, the TBCC/H2O2/NaHCO3 system has advantages of environmental protection and energy saving, and may provide a promising approach for bleaching of cotton fabric.
