摘要
为了提高机床精度,利用温度传感器采集其关键点温度,以ARM11_Linux开发板为主体,嵌入多元线性回归算法,对Fanuc机床的主轴热误差实时补偿研究。设计了3个模块,即温度采集分析模块、热误差建模及实时补偿模块和机床接收数据模块。利用S3C6410开发板移植了QT界面,良好的人机界面便于动态监视数据。实验证明:该补偿器是可行的,且具有良好的补偿效果。
In order to improve the accuracy of machine tool,some temperature sensors were used by acquiring its key point temperature,by taken ARM11_Linux development board as the main body,embedded in Multiple Linear Regression algorithm,research was conducted of real-time thermal error compensation of Fanuc machine tool spindle. Three modules were designed: the temperature acquisition analysis module,the thermal error modeling and real-time compensation module,and the receiving data module of machine tool. The S3C6410 development board was transplanted into QT interface,and the favorable human0 machine interface( MMI) was convenient to monitor dynamic data. The experiment proves that real-time compensation controller confirms the feasibility,and achieves good results.
