摘要
陈四楼煤矿十六采区辅助胶带巷掘进过程中遇到落差9.5 m正断层,断面大且为白砂岩,严重阻碍了正常的掘进施工。经过现场实践分析和方案对比,优化施工工艺和爆破参数,采用空气柱装药技术,出矸工艺由刮板输送机出矸优化为耙装机+胶带输送机出矸,工效显著提升,安全、高效、快速通过了该断层。
In the process of auxiliary belt roadway drivage in No. 16 mining area of Chensilou Coal Mine, it has exposed normal fault with 9.5 m drops,whose section is large and belongs to white sandstone, and normal construction was seriously hindered. Through prac- tical analysis and scheme comparison, construction technology and blasting parameters were optimized, the technology air column charge was used, too, the former gangue out technics was optimized, rake installed + belt conveyor,instead of the scraper conveyor,were used. The efficiency was significantly increased,and the working face has passed through the fault fast,safely and efficiently.
