摘要
以笔记本电脑显示器前框为研究对象,以其在注塑成型中翘曲变形量(mm)为评价指标,结合注塑成型数值模拟和正交试验设计、极差、方差分析,得到最优工艺组合及影响权重。进行了单因素变动实验,研究了不同工艺参数对塑件翘曲变形的影响。研究表明:合理地选择和调整工艺参数,如在适当范围内减小保压压力和熔体温度,增大模具温度和保压时间,可有效地提高塑件的尺寸稳定性和表观质量。其结果对实际工程的注塑工艺参数的选取有一定的指导意义。
The front shell of the notebook computer displayer was taken as the object of study and the warpage amount during the injection molding process was taken as the evaluation index. The optimum technological combination and influence weight were acquired by means of combining the injection molding numerical simulation, the orthogonal design, range analysis and variance analysis. The experiment of change for the single factor was conducted to research the influence of the different process parameters on warpage amount of plastic. The results showed that it was effective to improve the dimensional stability and the apparent mass of the plastic part by means of reasonably selecting. It also improved adjusting technological parameters as reducing dwell pressure, melt temperature, increasing mold temperature and dwell time in the appropriate range. These results had meaning for selecting technological parameters in practical engineering.
