Study and Application of Turbocharging Technologies for Diesel Engine in Plateau Environment

摘要 综述高原环境下涡轮增压器压气机特性变化及修正方法,为柴油机与涡轮增压器的高原匹配提供依据。分析固定截面涡轮增压器、可变截面涡轮增压器及两级涡轮增压系统与柴油机的高原匹配研究现状,探讨可变截面增压(VGT)、普通两级增压(TST)和可调两级增压(RTST)对柴油机高原动力提升的潜能。通过对比分析,基于VGT的两级可调增压系统,兼有两级增压和VGT技术的优点,具有高压比、宽流量的特点,能够显著提高柴油机高原综合性能。 The variation of characteristic turbocharger compressor in plateau environment and its correction methods were introduced at the beginning, which have provided the basis for the plateau matching of turboeharger with diesel engine. Then, research status of plateau matching about diesel engine with fixed geometry turbocharger, variable geometry turbocharger and two-stage turbocharging system were analyzed, and the potential of lifting power for diesel engine in plateau by VGT, TST and RTST were discussed. The analysis shows that a two-stage regulated turboeharging system based on VGT combines the advantages of two-stage turboeharging and VGT technology, and it also has the merit of wide-range flow and high pressure ratio which can comprehensively improve the performance of diesel engine in plateau.
