摘要
有限元法是一种通用的数值计算方法,也是现代工程设计和科研领域一项重要的分析技术与手段。ABAQUS是国际上最先进的大型通用有限元软件之一,它可以分析复杂的工程力学问题,其驾驭庞大求解规模的能力,以及非线性力学分析功能均达到世界先进水平。本文首先介绍了有限元法与ABAQUS软件的基本情况,其次简述了运用ABAQUS进行家具结构分析的基本思路,并用实例详细介绍了ABAQUS在家具结构分析中的使用方法。有限元法分析软件ABAQUS的应用能极大地缩短家具产品研发周期、降低成本、提高家具产品质量。
As an important analysis techniques and means in the field of modern engineering design and research, the finite element method is a universal numerical calculation method. ABAQUS is one of the most advanced and large general finite element software. It can be used to analyze the complex problem of engineering mechanics thanks to its world-class capabilities of controlling the large scale as well as the nonlinear mechanics analysis. Based on the introduction of the basic condition of the finite element meth- od and ABAQUS software, the basic ideas of furniture structure analysis in ABAQUS was introduced in detail through practical example. The application of finite element analysis software ABAQUS can greatly shorten the furniture product development cycle, reduce cost and improve the quality of the furniture products.
