16层螺旋CT在骨样骨瘤诊断中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨16层螺旋CT后处理技术在骨样骨瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法 20例经手术和病理证实的骨样骨瘤病例,术前均行DR和MSCT检查,将两者结果进行对比分析。结果 DR平片确诊13例,疑诊3例,误诊4例,诊断率为65%。其中误诊病例与股骨颈疝窝、关节面下囊变及骨皮质脓肿难鉴别。16层螺旋CT后处理图像明确诊断率为100%,显著高于DR(P<0.05)。结论 16层螺旋CT先进的扫描方式和合理的图像后处理技术弥补了DR的不足,能提高诊断的准确性,能为临床提供更全面的信息,为临床治疗提供指导。 Objective To investigate the application value of 16-slice Spiral CT post-processing in the diagnosis of Osteoid osteoma. Methods DR and MSCT examination were applied before operation in 20 cases of osteoid osteoma confirmed by operation and pathology. The two methods were compared for analysis in this study. Then the two results were analyzed by 16S-CT and DR. Results 13 cases were defined by DR plain radiograph,while 3 cases were suspi- cious and 4 cases were misdiagnosed. The diagnosis rate was 65%. It was difficult to identify the misdiagnosed cases, herniation pit of the femoral neck, cystic change below joint and bone cortex abscess. The definite diagnosis rate of the post-processing image of 16-slice spiral CT was 100%, significantly higher than that of DR(P〈0.05). Conclusion Ow- ing to the advanced scanning mode and rational image post-processing, the 16-slice spiral CT supplemented the shortage of DR, raised the reliance and precision in diagnosis, provided integrated clinical information and guidance for clinical intervention.
