摘要
目的对糖尿病合并高血压的患者按照中医理论进行分型,探讨对症进行中医治疗的方法及其临床效果。方法选择近年该院经治的102例糖尿病合并高血压患者为研究对象,按照就诊顺序分为两组,对照组51例患者采用西医对症治疗的方法,观察组51例患者采用上述西医对症治疗+辨证分型给予中药方剂对症治疗,治疗4 d后比较两组患者血糖和血压变化情况、疗效、总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果比较两组患者治疗前后血糖和血压平均值,同组患者治疗后血糖和血压值比治疗前均得到降低(P<0.05),观察组治疗后血糖和血压值比对照组要低(P<0.05)。观察组患者中,显效31例,有效11例,无效9例,总有效率为82.4%,不良反应发生率为2.0%;对照组患者中,显效36例,有效13例,无效2例,总有效率为96.1%,不良反应发生率为3.9%,观察组患者的疗效和总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05),但两组患者不良反应发生率之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在西医对症治疗的基础上,中医辨证分型治疗糖尿病合并高血压患者,疗效和总有效率优于西医治疗,不良反应发生率未见差异,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the methods and clinical effect of TCM treatment for patients with diabetes mellitus com-plicated with hypertension. Methods 102 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension were divided into two groups according to the order of treatment, the control group was treated with western medicine, the observation group was treated with 51 cases. The patients were treated with the western medicine symptomatic treatment. The changes of blood glucose and blood pressure were compared between the two groups after treatment 4D. Results The blood glucose and blood pressure were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The blood glucose and blood pressure of the same group were lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05）, and the blood glucose and blood pressure were lower in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. In the observation group, 31 cases were markedly effective, 9 cases were effective, 82.4%cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 2%, the adverse reaction rate was 36, 13 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 3.9%, and the total effective rate was 96.1%, the difference was not significant （P＆gt;0.05） between the two groups. Conclusion On the basis of Western medicine symptomatic treatment, TCM syndrome differentiation treatment of diabetic patients with hypertension, efficacy and total effective rate is better than western medicine treatment, adverse reaction rate is no difference, it is worthy of clinical application.
