摘要
高职院校师资队伍是高等职业教育可持续发展和高素质技能型人才培养的关键要素和前提条件。然而目前我国高职院校师资队伍现状与高职教育快速发展的要求不相协调,普遍存在教师队伍结构失衡、缺少特色科研、职称评审标准与职业岗位要求相背离等问题,在一定程度上成为制约高职教育持续发展的瓶颈。基于这些问题提出如下优化策略:从政府政策制度层面构建高职教师发展专业化新机制、从院校层面深刻挖掘自身潜力、从社会实践层面打造以校企合作为特征的高职教师队伍建设模式。
Higher Vocational College Teachers' team is the key factor and precondition for the sustainable development of higher vocation-al education and the cultivation of high quality skilled personnel .However,the present situation of the teachers in higher vocational colleges is not compatible with the requirements of the rapid development of higher vocational education,there generally exist the problems such as struc-tural imbalances of teachers,lack of scientific research and the standard of professional title evaluation is not consistent with the requirements of the job requirements,which to some extent,have become the bottleneck of restricting the sustainable development of higher vocational educa-tion .Based on these problems,we propose a construction mode of higher vocational teachers which is characterized by constructing new mecha-nism of higher vocational teachers' professional development from the level of government policy system,deeply tapping their own potential from the institutional level,building the school-enterprise cooperation from the level of social practice .
