摘要
随着科技的发展,媒介融合已成为总的发展趋势,融媒时代的传播途径、方式、效果等发生的变化,对播音员、主持人的专业素养提出了更高的要求。播音员、主持人的"记者化""全面化""明星化"已成为融媒时代对播音员、主持人的新的素养诉求。"记者化"要求播音员、主持人掌握策划、采访、写作、摄影、摄像、录音、编辑、网络技能运用及现代设备操作等多种能力;"全面化"要求播音员、主持人在提升自己全面素养的同时,加强自己的新媒体修养;"明星化"则是对播音员、主持人的一种专业而规范的管理。
With the development of science and technology, media convergence has become the development trend of the change in total, route of transmission, the financial media era, effect and so on, put forward higher request to the announcer, host professional accomplishment. The announcer, host of ＂the reporter＂, ＂comprehensive＂, ＂Star＂ has become the financial media era of the announcer, host of the new quality demands. ＂The reporter＂ announcer, host to master a variety of requirements planning, interview, writing, photography, camera, recording, edi- ring, network skills and modem equipment operation ability; ＂comprehensive＂ announcer, host in improving their comprehensive quality at the same time, strengthen their new media culture; ＂Star＂ is a professional announcer, host and standardized management.
