摘要
"一带一路"战略是我国在经济形势和国际政治格局深刻变化的情况下做出的历史性选择。作为"一带一路"战略的交汇点,连云港正发挥着双向开放窗口和海陆转换枢纽作用,战略地位不言而喻。目前连云港已经利用其独特的区位优势建立了先行优势(中哈物流基地),交汇点功能正日益显现,不过经济实力薄弱、交通基础设施不完善以及政策、资金扶持不到位等因素制约了其进一步发展,连云港交汇点作用的发挥需要各个层面的共同努力和相互配合。
The "One belt and one road" strategy is the historical choice for China to make under the changing economic and international political situation. As the intersection point, Lianyungang, it is self-evident, is undertaking the task of two-way opening up and land-ocean conversion. At present, Lianyungang is using the locational advantage to enjoy the first-mover advantage (with the sino-Ka- zakhstan logistics base), but its weak economy, bad infrastructure, half-baked policy and financial support have restricted its further development. So to bring its locational advantage into full play needs joint efforts and cooperation at all levels.
