摘要
高等教育主要由理论教学和实践教学两部分组成,而实习实训是实践教学的主要形式和内容。实习实训在整个教学中的地位与作用尤为重要,实习实训的教学特色可以说是一所民办高校的办学特色所在。文章通过对上海民办高校实习实训现状的调研、问题的剖析,就形成实习实训的品牌特色提出了发展建议。
Teaching of theoretical knowledge and teaching of practical skills are two integral parts of teaching activities in higher education. Students＇ practical training is the primary form and content of teaching of practical skills, and is of vital importance in the process of higher education. Distinct features in the area of students＇ practical training account for a great deal in the characteristics of a non-governmental university or college. After thorough investigation and analysis, this article probes into the status quo and problems of students＇ practical training in non-governmental universities and colleges in Shanghai, and offers suggestions on the development of distinct features in this area.
