摘要
设计了一种高灵敏度低频感应式磁传感器,介绍了其具体结构和工作原理。通过分析影响灵敏度的主要因素,提出了高灵敏度传感器的研制方法。介绍了传感器的结构、线圈的等效电路、线圈的绕制方式、阻尼匹配技术、条状屏蔽技术以及低噪声前置放大技术。同时,通过对比实验论证了传感器的高灵敏度;通过室内实验和矿井实验,论证了传感器在实际测量中的优良性能。试验结果表明,研制的感应式磁传感器可以满足多种测量环境要求。
This paper designs a high-sensitivity low frequency inductive magnetic sensor and introduces its specific structure and working principle. Through analyzing the main factors which affect the sensitivity,the paper proposed research methods of high sensitivity magnetic sensor. The structure of the sensor,the equivalent circuit of the coil,the coil winding manner,damping matching technology,strip shielding technology are introduced in details as well as a lownoise preamplifier technology. Meanwhile,comparative experiments demonstrated the high sensitivity of the sensor.Laboratory experiments and mine experiments all demonstrated excellent performance in actual sensor measurements.The developed inductive magnetic sensor meets the requirements of a variety of measurement environment,and the sensitivity reaches the advanced level.
