摘要
针对股权分散情况下跨国公司参与者的行为策略问题,采用博弈论的分析方法建立了母公司股权分散情况下所有者与经营者之间的博弈模型.对母公司股权分散情况下跨国代理所有者与经营者之间的博弈行为进行分析,并最终得出了在这种情况下所有者与经营者之间混合策略的纳什均衡.
Under equity scattered cases, the behavior strategies of multinational companies participants were analyzed by the game theory analysis method to establish the agent game action between the owner and the operator. It finally reached in this case the mixed strategy Nash equilibrium between the owner and the operator.
