摘要
基于可持续发展的河道采砂管理模式构建对促进资源节约型和环境友好型生态河流系统建设具有重要意义。从河道采砂可持续发展的基本概念及必要性出发,在详细总结河道采砂现状及其主要影响内容的基础上,提出了河道采砂可持续发展的基本理论框架和实现途径,为河道管理人员提供参考和借鉴。
Creation of management mode for sustainable development of sand excavation in river courses is of great significance to promote resource-saving and environment-friendly ecosystem. Basic theoretical framework for sustainable development of sand excavation in river courses and ways for realization are put forward, on the basis of summarizing current situation of sand excavation and key influential factors, from the respects of basis concept and necessity of sustainable development of sand excavation in river courses. These experiences shall be valuable for the governance of other river courses.
