摘要
监控信息表是开展变电站集中监控工作的基础。文章以如何保证电网运行安全,从集中监控的角度阐述了监控信息表编制的5条原则。包括坚持以调度需求为导向,坚持信息全覆盖,坚持重要信息单独上送、次要信息合并上送,坚持统一标准分类,坚持与告警直传相匹配等。列举了信息全覆盖的具体内容,给出了统一分类标准,举例说明了重要信息单独上送、次要信息合并上送和与告警直传相匹配原则。
Centralized supervision and control information form is the essential foundation for remote monitor substa- tion operation. Focusing on ensuring the grid security, the paper introduces five principles of compiling the centralized supervision and control information form, including adherence of the dispatching requirements orientation, adherence of the complete information coverage, adherence of independent uploading of important information and combined up- loading of subordinate information,adherence of uniform standard based classification, adherence of matching the a- larm direct transmittal. The paper enumerates the detailed contents of complete information coverage,introduces the standard of classification,several examples are explained about the principles of independent uploading of important information,combined uploading of subordinate information and matching the alarm direct transmittal.
