摘要
公用企业产品定价事关我国经济社会发展,与百姓生活密切相关。在阐述公用企业及公用事业、公用企业及自然垄断相关概念的基础上,对公用企业内部特征及其产品定价机制、公用企业产品定价实行法律规制的必要性进行了分析,进而研究了公用企业产品定价中存在的主要问题,最后提出了相关对策建议。
The product pricing of public enterprises is concerned with China＇s economic social development, and is closely to people living. Based on the presentation of the definition of public enterprise, public utility and natural monopoly, this paper analyzes the inner characteristic of public enterprise, product pricing mechanism and the necessity of legal regulation on the product pricing of public enterprise, studies the main problem, and finally puts forward relevant countermeasures.
