摘要
目的:该研究将TBL结合LBL教学模式运用到诊断学心电图见习教学中,并与传统LBL教学法比较。方法:71名本科学生随机分为两个班:实验班(TBL+LBL,36人),对照班(LBL,35人)。教学效果通过理论考试成绩和问卷调查进行评估。结果:两个班的单选题分数接近,实验班的简答题分数明显高于对照班。问卷调查显示绝大多数实验班学生对该教学模式满意。结论:TBL+LBL教学模式在诊断学心电图见习教学中被广大学生接受,并取得了更好的教学效果。
Objective:To compare the TBL and LBL combined method with traditional LBL method. Methods :71 undergraduates were divided into two classes randomly:experimental class (36 students) and control class (35 students). The two methods were evaluated by a questionnaire and tests. Results:the experimental class had significantly higher short-answer-question scores. The majority in the experimental class were satisfied with the new method. Conclusions:The combined method is well-received by students when used to teach ECG diagnosis and has good results.
