摘要
对办在地方的独立设置医学院校,目前存在政策支持不够、财政投入不足、人才汇聚不多、办学资源不优等问题,影响其健康可持续发展。因此,应积极面对困难、正视不足,抢抓机遇、强化内涵,多措并举促进学校科学发展。
Barriers of setting up local medical schools include policy, finance, faculties, and resources. The solutions include facing realities, seizing opportunities, reinforcing foundation.
