摘要
提出了测定洗涤用品中6种对羟基苯甲酸酯的气相色谱-质谱法。采用乙酸乙酯对样品进行超声提取,提取液经HP-5MS毛细管色谱柱分离,采用电子轰击离子源-选择离子检测模式检测,外标法定量。6种对羟基苯甲酸酯的质量浓度的线性范围为0.1~10.0mg·L^-1,方法检出限(3S/N)在0.1-0.8mg·kg^-1之间。婴儿洗涤剂样品中6种对羟基苯甲酸酯的加标回收率在82.1%~107%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.2%~4.1%之间。
A method of GC-MS was developed for measurement of 6kinds of 4-hydrobenzoic acid esters in cleaning supplies.The sample was extracted with ethyl acetate,then separated on a HP-5MS capillary column,and detected by MS adopting EI-SIM.External standard method was used for quantification.The linearity range of the mass concentration of 6kinds of 4-hydrobenzoic acid esters was 0.1-10.0 mg·L^-1 with detection limits in the range of 0.1-0.8mg·kg^-1.The method was used for analysis of baby detergent samples,giving recovery rates measured by standard addition method in the range of 82.1%-107%,and RSD′s(n=6)in the range of 1.2%-4.1%.
