摘要
当前我国高校的教师激励机制存在激励手段单一、过度注重物质刺激和量化评价等诸多弊病。建立科学的教师激励机制对提高我国高校教学质量、增强教师学术能力和优化高校人才资源具有十分重要的意义。立足于坚持以人为本,关注教师多重需要的理念,从高校教师激励机制的低层次需要和高层次需要两大角度出发,通过与西方高校对比分析和研究,总结了各国高校在此方面的共同点和差异性。在借鉴西方高校经验和结合我国高校实际情况的基础上,提出按教师的年龄阶段分层管理,关注教师需要的多样性,构建一个更加具有中国特色的科学、合理的教师激励机制。
The present incentive measures in China's universities have such drawbacks as being too simplistie, excessive material, and too quantitative. Establishing scientific teachers incentive measures is of great importance to improve the quality of teaching, enhance teachers academic competence and optimize university human resources. This paper abides by the people-oriented idea and pays attention to various needs of university teachers. It summarizes the common grounds and differences between Chinese and the west universities by means of analyses and research in low and high levels of needs. It also puts forward suggestions that includes diversifying incentive measures according to teachers" ages, paying attention to teachers real needs and establishing a more scientific and incentive system with according to Chinese situations.
