摘要
福清市具有城镇密集度高、组团式发展及地形地势起伏小的明显特征,从城镇供水系统角度,可作为福建省沿海平原区城镇的典型代表。福清市现状城镇给水系统纷繁凌乱、格局分立,此外,水源系统呈枝状布局造成原水系统安全的脆弱性及存在着水库水利用的不充分性。如何打破现有格局分立的供水系统,使城乡供水系统形成有机的整体的统一系统,是供水一体化的核心所在;如何优化水资源配置,并形成备用保障体系,是福清市供水安全的一个重要课题。规划提出了原水系统大联网及"高速公路模式"主干管构建的净水系统小联网理念,实现了真正意义的城乡供水一体化,并为福清市城乡供水构筑了上、下两个层面的供水安全保障体系。
Fuqing city has obvious characteristics of urban density,conglomeration structured development and relief of terrain,from the perspective of urban water supply system,as a typical representative of the coastal plain of Fujian province. In Fuqing City,the status quo of urban water supply system is disorderly and pattern divided. In addition,this branch layout water supply system is a hidden danger of the raw water system,and causes the reservoir water using insufficiently. How to break the existing divided pattern of water supply system,so that the formation of urban and rural water supply system can be a unified system,is the core issue of water supply integration. how to optimize the allocation of water resources,and the formation of standby protection system,is an important issue of water security in Fuqing city. This planning suggests a network oriented raw water system,and " highway model" of net water system,to realize the real meaning of the integrated urban and rural water supply,and to build two levels of water supply security system.
