摘要
通过偏离-份额分析法,以2007年为基期,2011年为末期,分析了新疆工业行业的34个部门,并以全国同一时间点的工业行业部门作为参考对象,分析了份额分量、产业结构偏离分量、竞争力偏离分量以及总偏离分量,在一定程度上解释了新疆工业与全国工业的差异,近几年新疆工业发展的产业结构调整有了一定的成效,但是在根本上并未改变,提出了相关对策建议。
In this article, the author analyzes 34 departments of Xinjiang industry through the shift share analysis method from 2007 to 2011. It takes the nation’s same time industry sector as a reference object, and analyzes the share, the industrial structure deviation component, competitiveness deviation component as well as total deviation component, which explains the difference between Xinjiang industry and national industry in a certain degree. We found that in recent years, the adjustment of industrial structure has some effect, but it did not change all of them. So we put forward some suggestions to promote the transformation of industrial structure and the process of new industrialization and make efforts to revitalize the Silk Road Economic belt.
