摘要
为了解决大佛寺矿机车修理硐室支护出现支护-破坏-修复-再破坏的恶性循环问题,基于硐室围岩力学性质参数和松动圈测定,分析了大松动圈破碎围岩失稳破坏的机理,运用破碎围岩巷道内外承载模型,研究了内外承载结构协同控制原理:内承载结构向外承载结构提供围压,促使外承载结构形成和稳定,外承载结构承担大部分的围岩应力,保护内承载结构。通过增加内承载结构支护和围岩残余强度,使外承载结构边界位置向巷道靠近,减小围岩变形量及破碎区半径。利用高预应力锚索将内承载结构锚固在外承载结构稳定围岩,形成内外协同承载的整体结构,从而有效控制围岩变形。运用该原理设计了大佛寺矿机车修理硐室锚架注强化支护修复技术,矿压观测表明,硐室两帮和顶底板最大移近量分别为61、87 mm,硐室围岩大变形得到有效控制,支护效果明显。
In order to solve the vicious circle of support-destruction-repair-redestruetion in Dafosi locomotive repair cavern, the paper ana- lyzed the mechanism of instability and destruction based on the determination of the surrounding rock mechanical properties and the loose cir- cle test, and adopted the internal and external bearing model to study on its cooperative control principle:the internal bearing structure pro- vides confining pressure to impel formation and stability of external bearing structure, and the external bearing structure bears most of the strata stress to protect internal bearing structure. Increasing support and surrounding rock residual strength of internal bearing structure can make boundary location of external bearing structure close to roadway and reduce the deformation and radius of fractured zone. Then the inter- nat bearing structure is anchored in stabilizing surrounding rock of external bearing structure by using high prestress cable. Finally, it formes the internal and external cooperative bearing structure to control the deformation of surrounding rock effectively. Used the principle ,this paper designed the strengthen supporting and repairing technology, and mineral pressure observation showed the maximal two sides and roof to floor convergence was 61,87 ram. The large deformation was controlled effeetly and supporting effect was obvious.
