摘要
当前大学生犯罪引起成全社会广泛关注,如何采取有效对策预防大学生犯罪成为一个重要课题。作为理学集大成者朱熹,其关于犯罪原因和犯罪预防的思想对当前大学生犯罪预防仍具有很强的现实意义,本文试图将朱熹犯罪预防思想融入到当前大学生犯罪预防的理念和机制设计中,探索本土法律资源解决现实问题的新途径。
The crimes committed by nowadays colleague students have risen extensive concern of the whole society, and how to effec- tively preventing crimes committed by colleague students have become an important theme. Zhuxi, as a Sience Synthesizer, his thoughts have a strong reference on causes and preventing of crimes by colleague student. This paper attempts to integrate the crime prevention thoughts of Zhuxi into the idea and mechanism design of nowadays crime prevention of colleague students, and explore the new way of solving the real problem on our local law and resources.
