摘要
目的:了解白血病患儿家长对疾病健康教育知识的信息需求,为护理管理者制定和组织有效的健康教育措施提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查法,对就诊于我院血液肿瘤中心的白血病患儿家长进行问卷调查。结果:患儿家长对于疾病知识的信息需求程度较高,希望获得的疾病信息主要包括患儿可能出现的紧急情况及处理方法,常见症状及处理方法,如何预防感染,居家照顾等;患儿家长希望的健康教育形式为:建立网站,当面指导,宣传手册等;希望疾病知识获取途径为医务人员,其他家长。结论:白血病患儿家长对于疾病知识需求非常强烈,医护人员应该增加对家长的宣教,护理管理者应组织安排符合家长需要的健康教育形式,利用网络、宣教手册、大讲堂、宣传栏等多种形式满足家长需求。
Objective：To understand the information needs of parents of children with leukemia and to provide the basis for the development of nursing man-agement and the effective health education measures. Methods：To investigative the parents of children with leukemia were enrolled from hematology oncology cancer by questionnaire. Results：The parents have more information needs. The disease information they need are：the emergence and treatment of their chil-dren may appear,common symptoms and treatment,how to prevent infection,and so on. The way of health education：website,face to face instruction,bro-chure,et al. The way of gain knowledge from medical staff,other parents. Conclusion：Parents of children with leukemia is very strong demand for knowledge of disease,the medical staff should increase the propaganda and education of parents,nursing managers should organize the arrangements meet the parents need to form of health education,using the Internet and Education Handbook, auditorium,billboards,and other various forms to meet the needs of parents.
