摘要
采用酶解-温和酸解法从烟梗粉中分离出木质素。研究了稀硫酸预处理对烟梗粉酶解过程的影响,优化了烟梗粉酶解的反应条件,考察了HCl浓度对酶解木质素温和酸解的影响。通过FT-IR的表征手段对木质素样品进行了表征,结果表明,烟梗木质素具有典型的紫丁香基和愈创木基特征峰,说明烟梗木质素的结构单元主要由紫丁香基和愈创木基组成。
Lignin from tobacco stem was isolated by the method of enzymatic hydrolysis-mild acidolysis. The effect of dilute H2SO4 pretreatment on the enzymatic hydrolysis of tobacco stem powder was studied. The reaction conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis process were optimized. The effect of HCl concentration on the mild acidolysis of cellulolytic enzyme lignin was also investigated. The lignin samples were characterized using FT-IR spectroscopy, The results revealed that tobacco stem lignin contained characteristic peaks of syringyl and guaiacyl units, suggesting that the structure units of tobacco stem lignin were mainly constituted by syringyl and guaiacyl groups.
