摘要
本文采用X衍射等分析仪器,对二次烧成的陶瓷抛光废渣(CPW)进行分析,结合多种前处理法和常规陶瓷材料分析法对CPW的化学组成和物相进行了细致分析,为陶瓷抛光废渣的回收利用提供依据。综合分析表明:CPW含二氧化硅42.75%、莫来石29.95%、碳化硅5.27%、硅铝化钠7.44%、氧氯化镁5.64%、碳酸盐4.14%、硅酸锆1.10%、有机物2.63%。
Chemical phase in ceramic polishing waste which produced by ceramic factorys was detailed analysised. Samples was analysised mainly by X-ray diffraction, combined with different pretreatment method and conventional ceramic material chemical analysis method. The results will provide reference for the recovery utilization of polished ceramic waste. The comprehensive analysis results showed that the ceramic polishing waste consisted of 42.75wt% silicon,29.95% mullite,5.27% Silicon carbide, 7.44% sodium aluminosilicate,5.64% Magnesium oxychloride, 4.14% carbonate, 1.10% zirconium silicate, 2.63% organic matter.
