摘要
                
                    开展输电线覆冰特征及冰区重现期标准冰厚分布的研究,对防止电线冰冻灾害事故、开展电网设计及相关工程气候可行性论证具有科学指导意义。利用1980—2011年辽宁省11个气象观冰站电线覆冰资料,采用极值Ⅰ型概率分布模型、地形修正和经验修正等方法,对辽宁省电线覆冰特征及冰区重现期标准冰厚的分布进行分析。结果表明:1980—2011年辽宁省东部山区、南部沿海、西部及西南部沿海地区是冰冻天气现象多发地区,30 a、50 a和100 a冰区重现期最大标准冰厚分别为10.0 mm、11.9 mm和14.4 mm,均出现在丹东地区。
                
                Studying wire icing characteristics and distribution of standard ice thickness during the ice return period has an important scientific significance to prevent a freezing disaster accident and develop wire of electric power design and related engineering climate feasibility demonstration. Based on wire icing observation data from 1980 to 2011 at 11 meteorological stations of Liaoning province, the characteristics of wire icing and distribution of standard ice thickness during the ice return period in Liaoning province were analyzed by methods of an extreme probability distribution model, a terrain correction and an empirical correction. The results indicate that ice freezing weather often happens in the east mountain areas, south coastal area, west and southeast coastal areas of Liaoning province. The maximum values of standard ice thickness in 30-year, 50-year and 100-year return periods are 10.0 mm, 11.9 mm and 14.4 mm respectively, and they all occur in Dandong area.
