摘要
为对河北省桃产业的发展状况作出较为科学客观的评价,从高产、优质、高效、生态、安全、外部保障6个角度选取28个具体指标,形成了基本涵盖地区产业"全链条"的评价指标体系,运用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合的研究方法,通过建立模糊关系矩阵、确定评价因素的权重、进行模糊综合评价等步骤,对河北省桃产业的效益进行了综合实证评价。结果显示:目前河北省桃产业的效益综合评价结果为"一般"(综合效益评价值0.679160),且正处于由评价等级"一般"向"较好"过渡的重要时期。为实现全省桃产业综合效益的跨越式发展,提出了具有针对性的对策建议。
In order to make a more scientific and objective evaluation of the peach industry development status in Hebei province, we selected 28 specific indicators from six angles about high-yield, high-quality, high efficiency, ecology, security, external guarantee, formed the ＂whole chain＂ evaluation index system covering the region industry. By analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, through establishing fuzzy relationship matrix, determining weights of evaluation factors, making fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, etc, we comprehensively and empirically evaluated the peach industry＇ benefit in Hebei province. The results showed that the current benefit comprehensive evaluation result of peach industry in Hebei province was ＂normal＂ with evalution value of 0.679160, and is in the important transition period from ＂normal＂ to ＂good＂ . To achieve the leapfrog development of peach industry＇ comprehensive benefits in Hebei province, this paper put forward some countermeasures.
