摘要
在产神经酸微藻Mychonastes afer培养过程中添加脱落酸、茶多酚、丁基羟基茴香醚和没食子酸4种生物活性分子,研究生物活性分子对微藻的生长、油脂积累及藻油脂肪酸组成的影响。结果表明:在指数生长初期添加4种生物活性分子对微藻的生物量没有显著影响;但对微藻的含油量有明显影响,其中添加丁基羟基茴香醚的微藻含油量和产油率均为最高,分别为35.76%和0.94 g/L,比二甲亚砜对照提高了12.70%和14.63%;4种生物活性分子对藻油脂肪酸组成均无显著影响。在微藻培养的指数生长末期添加4种生物活性分子对微藻生长影响不大,对油脂积累也没有显著的促进作用,但对藻油脂肪酸组成有不同程度的影响。
Abscisic acid ( ABA ), epigallocatechin gallate ( EGCG), butylated hydroxyanisole ( BHA ) and gallic acid (GA) were added to the medium of Mychonastes afer during culturing and the effects of four bioactive molecules on the growth, oil accumulation and fatty acid composition of Mychonastes afer were studied. The results showed that four bioactive molecules added in the early exponential phase of growth the oil had no content significant impact on the biomass of microalgae of microalgae, in which the oil content and , while they had remarkable influences on productivity of microalgae added with BHA were the highest,reaching 35.76% and 0.94 g/L, and improved by 12. 70% and 14. 63% compared with microalgae added with dimethyl sul- foxide; the fatty acid composition of algae oil was not affected by four bioactive molecules; four bioactire molecules added in the late exponential phase of growth had slight impact on the growth of microalgae , had no significant promotion on oil accu- mulation, and had influences on the fatty acid com- position of algae oil in different degrees.
