摘要
我国的大学英语教育长期以来投入与产出比例严重失衡,大学生英语能力的现状也是整体发展水平较低且极不均衡,与用人单位的要求严重脱节,大学生的英语能力结构问题日益成为全社会关注的问题。通过对大学生英语能力内涵的探讨和对目前大学生英语能力现状的分析并结合对用人单位和大学生的访谈与问卷调查,制定了大学生英语能力构成模型。该模型体现了当前我国大学生英语能力构成的要素内容,体现了人文性和工具性、向己型和向他型特点并重,为当前大学生英语能力的培养提供了另一个视角的参考。
For a long time, the inputs and the outputs in Chinese college English teaching are severely out of balance. The status qun of the English ability of college students is very poor and extremely unbalanced and falls short of the requirements of the employers. The English ability structure for the Chinese college students is becoming a focus. Through the study of the connotation and the status quo of the English ability of college students, along with the interviews and questionnaire surveys, an English ability structure model for the college students is formulated. The model shows the key components of the English ability structure and it lays the same emphasis on humanism and instrumentalism, self-focused ability and others-focused ability. It provides a new reference for the cultivation of the Chinese college students＇ English proficiency.
