摘要
采用经济联系强度和经济隶属度方法 ,对长江中游城市群空间范围和腹地层次进行界定和划分,研究表明:长江中游城市群是由武汉城市圈、长株潭城市群和环鄱阳湖城市群三圈(群)组成的多中心城市集群,其空间范围分为核心区、紧密腹地和竞争腹地三个层次。长江中游城市群一体化将经历圈内一体化、三圈融合和高度一体化三个阶段。当前应把圈内一体化与三圈(群)融合有机结合起来,做到同步推进,着力强化城市群竞合意识,改革现行政绩考核制度,搭建三圈融合的支撑平台,建立长效的统筹协调机制。
This paper defines the boundary and hinterland of urban agglomeration in the middle Yangtze River basin by using the method of the economic relation intensity and membership grade. The study shows that the urban agglomeration in the middle Yangtze River basin, which is made up of Wuhan urban circle, Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration and Poyang Lake urban agglomeration, is a polycentrie urban cluster and can be divided into core area, close hinterland and competitive hinterland. According to this paper, the integration of urban agglomeration will experience three stages, i. e., the integration stage of three urban agglomerations, the fusion stage of three urban agglomerations and the high integra- tion stage. Currently, we should synchronize to promote the former two stages by strengthening the co-cooperation con- sciousness, reforming the existing performance-appraisal system, setting up the support platform and making a long-term coordination mechanism.
