摘要
目的:优选右旋布洛芬β-环糊精包合物分散片的处方组成与制备工艺。方法:单因素试验考察填充剂、崩解剂的选择;比较崩解时间;根据分散片的要求,以10 min的累积溶出度和崩解时间为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验对处方进行筛选;优选制备工艺并对处方与工艺进行重复性考察。结果:右旋布洛芬β-环糊精包合物分散片的最佳处方组成:右旋布洛芬β-环糊精包合物50%,MCC22.5%,乳糖10.5%,PVPP10%,L-HPC5%。结论:右旋布洛芬β-环糊精包合物分散片处方设计简单合理,工艺稳定,重复性好。
OBJECTIVE To optimize prescription and preparation technology of dispersible tablets containing dexibuprofenβ-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes.METHODS Single factor test was used to investigate bulking agents,disintegrants,compare disintegration time.On the basis of dispersible tablet requirements,with disintegration time and dissolution rate in vitro as evaluation indes,optimal prescription was optimized by L9（3^4）orthogonal test,to optimize preparation technology and investigate repeatability of prescription and preparation technologies.RESULTS The optimal prescription of dispersible tablets containing dexibuprofenβ-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes was dexibuprofenβ-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes 50%,MCC22.5%,lactose 10.5%,PVPP10% and L-HPC5%.CONCLUSION The prescription of dispersible tablets containing dexibuprofenβ-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes is simple and feasible,and preparation technology is stable and repeatable.
