摘要
目的探讨全程护理在急诊危重患者抢救中的实施效果。方法选取2013年5月~2014年10月我院急诊科收治的120例危重患者,采用随机抽签分组方法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用常规方法护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用全程护理,比较两组的抢救成功率及护理满意度。结果观察组抢救成功率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的86.67%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组护理总满意度为95.00%,显著高于对照组的83.33%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论全程护理应用于急诊危重患者抢救中可提高抢救成功率和护理满意度,具有显著的应用效果。
Objective To explore the application effects of comprehensive nursing in the rescue of critical patients in department of emergency. Methods 120 critical patients admitted to the department of emergency in our hospital from May 2013 to October 2014 were selected.They were assigned to the observation group and the control group by random lottery method.The control group was given regular nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.Successful rate of rescue and nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared. Results The successful rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 86.67% of control group,there was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.The nursing total satisfaction in the observation group was95.00%, significantly higher than 83.33% of control group,and there was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing applied in the rescue of critical patients in the department of emergency is able to improve the successful rate of rescue,and enhance nursing satisfaction,which has significant application effects.
