摘要
目的总结分析前臂双骨折采用牵引下旋转分骨手法配合中药治疗临床效果。方法本次研究对象为前臂双骨折患者60例,依据治疗方法不同划为两组,对照组30例实施牵引下旋转分骨手法治疗,观察组30例为牵引下旋转分骨联合中药治疗,比较分析不同方法疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率、骨折愈合时间与对照组相比,有明显差异P<0.05,两组并发症比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论前臂双骨折患者采用牵引下旋转分骨手法配合中药治疗,促骨折功能早日恢复,可显著提高患者的生活质量水平。
Objective To summarize the clinical effect of traction under rotating bone manipulation combined with Chinese herbal medicine in treating fracture of ulna and radius. Methods 60 cases of patients with fracture of ulna and radius were selected as the re-search objects, and they were divided into two groups according to the different treatment method. 30 cases of the control group imple-mented traction under rotating bone. 30 cases of the observation group used traction under rotating bone combined with Chinese herbal medicine therapy. The clinical effect was analyzed. Results Comparing with the control group, there were significant differences in the ef-fective rate and fracture healing time P 〈 0.05. The complications of the two groups were no statistical significance P 〉 0.05. Conclusion The traction under rotating bone manipulation combined with Chinese herbal medicine in treating fracture of ulna and radius can promote the early recovery of fracture function, and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
